FAT FREE & DAIRY FREE BANANA BREAD

FAT FREE & DAIRY FREE BANANA BREAD Makes 1 Loaf (or 1 Dozen Muffins) Ingredients : 3 mashed bananas 1½ cups sugar ½ cup applesauce 2 egg whites** ¼ cup soy milk 1½ cup whole wheat flour 1 tsp. baking soda ½ cup chocolate chips, or more (optional and wont be entirely fat free but well worth it / try carob chips if you are so inclined) Directions : Mix together in order. Pour into lightly pamed 9*5" loaf pan. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour 20 minutes. Or In a muffin tin for 40 minutes. Let cool and ENJOY! **VEGAN TIP: You can easily make this bread VEGAN by JUST NOT USING EGGS!! (Just add a teaspoon of baking powder!)
